Just before midnight our Volunteer Emergency Medical Response Unit team was dispatched to a serious motor vehicle accident on Trichard road in Centurion. On arrival we found one person who sustained critical injuries after being involved in a high speed collision.
Reports from scene indicated that the person attempted to flee from a different accident scene but this is not confirmed. The patient was stabilised by multiple emergency services including a Doctor from Netcare911. The patient needed to be freed from the wreckage using Hydraulic tools.
